I strongly encourage anyone currently looking or thinking about buying from them, STAY AWAY. The last straw was an in person visit 2-November-2022 to follow-up with the last promises only to be told by current management “Monticello RV doesn't exist anymore”… “Who do you expect to pay for it?”. They don't stand behind any promises given by past or current employees/management even if provided email traffic stating so. There are 7 Army Values we live by, loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honesty, integrity and personal courage. Don't let this business fool you, they are NOT. They have looked me in the face saying how military friendly they are. I'm a current serving member of the armed forces of 27 years (veteran status) my wife is also a veteran. I have personally stopped in multiple times, talking to management and being promised they would take care of everything. We made multiple phone calls lea ving multiple messages without responses. We have multiple email chains with multiple employees past and current. We bought the RV under Monticello RV ownership which was recently bought out by Open Road RV Center.

However, to date (2-November-2022, almost 3 year from purchase) NOT everything has been rectified. During our walk through multiple issues were identified. My wife and I bought a brand new 2021 RV in 2020 spending over $50k. Horrible, stay away! Only 1 star because zero isn't available.
